The product didn't match the features specified on the website, particularly regarding noise cancellation. These headphones don't cancel out noise at all; you can hear everything around you. You can get the same product with much cheaper headphones. After trying them out, we requested a refund, but they never responded to our messages again. In the end, I had to buy other headphones and threw these away because they're useless, and I didn't get any of my money back. Avoid buying from this provider; if you have any issues, you won't hear from them again.
